How do I register?
You can regsiter either by clicking on the CLICK HERE TO REGISTER button on our front page or the button that appears on the AUCTION SEARCH box on the right side of any auction page. You can also register by phone by calling 631-385-1306. If we are not in please leave your name and number and we'll call you back and set up your account.

Is there a cost to register?
No, we do not charge for registration. However, we do require that you place a credit card on file for verification purposes only. You will not be charged. If you win items you will not be automatically charged to your credit card. YOu can pay by any of our accepted methods.

How can I get a printed catalog?
Our 272-page full color catalog is available for $35 postpaid in the United States. It can be purhcased by clicking on the link on the front page or by calling 631-385-1306 with a credit card.

Is everything in the catalog also on-line?
Yes, Everything in the printed catalog is on-line, as well. In fact, mnay items have more photos and expanded descriptions on-line. When someone asks a question about an item we add the answer to the description to save time and so that everyone has the same information.

When does the auction end?
Our auction closes when 5 minutes have elapsed without a bid on any item after 11pm Eastern time, on Saturday December 16th, 2006. All items remain open for bidding throughout this period. Typically this is well into the early morning hours and possibly into the following day, but if everyone places their bids early this could be any time after 11:05pm Eastern Time.

When should I place my bids?
We recommend that you place your maximum bid as early as possible and let the computer do your bidding for you. There is NO advantage to waiting until near the auction close to place your bid becasue your bid only extends the auction another ten minutes, giving your competition ample time to bid again. .

Can I still bid on items after 11pm?
Yes, all items remain open for bidding and there is no cut off time to place a bid, as there is with other auction houses. As long as our auction is still open all items are open for bidding.

Can I bid more than the minimum required bid?
You can bid the minimum required next bid or any amount above that. We recommend that you determine what the maximum amount you are willing to bid on an item and place that bid and allow the computer to bid for you. You will get the itme for the minimum amount possible which is one minimum bid increment above the second highest bid.

Do we accept consignments?
Yes, we do accept consignments. You can email info@itsonlyrocknroll.com or larry@itsonlyrocknroll.com or call us at 631-385-1306 and we will be happy to discuss your potential consignment. Our terms are the simplest and we make the entire process easy.

Do we accept credit card payments?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card, as well as cash, checks, money orders and direct wire transfers.

Is there a buyers premium?
Yes, we charge a flat 20% buyer's premium on all items won, regardless of your method of payment.

How do I search for items?
There are three ways that you can search our auction. The first is by clicking on a category listed on the right side of the screen. The second way to search is by lot number. You can do this by entering the lot number you wish to view in the box on the right that says Lot # and then click GO. The third way, and one that will yeild the most complete results is to enter words in the KEYWORD Search box.

How do I see the entire auction in numerical order?
Is you enter the letter e into the search keyword search box and hit go you will be able to scroll thorugh the entire auction in sequential order.

Why are some categories not in numerical sequence?
Our auction program allows us to enter two categories per item allowing us to cross reference items that fit in more than one section. For example, an item that features both the Rolling Stones and The Beatles will show up in both categories. This will cause the category to have item numbers skipped that do not relate.
